C33 continued to further the mission of the Starzl Network by bringing together Dr. Mazerieigos and the Boulet family, who sparked the greatest organ donation registration in Canadian history, also known as The Logan Boulet Effect, to share their story at Children’s Hospital of Pittsburgh and CORE Pittsburgh. This impactful event was widely attended both virtually and in person, culminating in an organ donation evening at the Penguins game, complete with a visit request from team captain Sidney Crosby.
